
Trish D'Aquino-Biography
Trish D'Aquino joined Equity Commercial in 1999 and currently works as a Property Management Specialist and the Office Manager.
She started in general administration and quickly developed a strong skill set. With the tenacity to excel, she eventually obtained her sales license and shortly after was promoted to property manager.
Trish is a licensed real estate salesperson and is currently attending college and majoring in business. She also has completed the Department of Real Estate's educational requirement to qualify her to sit for her Brokers License.
Trish is currently responsible for day-to-day management of 230,000 sq. ft. of industrial property. She oversees all daily operations including: standard operating procedures, supervision of maintenance, landscaping, janitorial and vendor services. Among other responsibilities she also manages all operating accounts, collects rents and oversees tenant concerns.
Career History
Trish began her experience in real estate as a Funding Coordinator for American City Mortgage in 1998. While working as a Funding Coordinator she worked directly with escrow, underwriters and funders for the close of loans. Her responsibilities included organizing and proofreading loan documents, ordering appraisals, obtaining employment and deposit verifications and client relations.
Prior to her real estate experience, she had been working as an administrative assistant for an accounting firm with basic office duties that included client relations, billing, scheduling, payroll requests and payroll programs.
