The AIR Commercial Multiple
An
8.5x11 flyer will be designed for your property and will be distributed to over
450 commercial real estate specialists throughout Ventura County and the San
Fernando Valley through the AIR Commercial Multiple. All of the commercial and
industrial agents in the region (and therefore their clients) will become aware
of the availability of your property. These flyers are also used in our
canvassing, telemarketing and monthly mailing
campaigns.
Cooperating Brokers
We encourage other
commercial and industrial brokers in the area to show and lease our listings and
will split our fee equally with any licensed California Real Estate Broker who
procures a tenant for your property. You will have not just one, but an entire
network of commercial and industrial property specialists working to sell your

The AIR Commercial Real Estate
Association
Both Equity Commercial and the majority of the
prospective cooperating brokers are members of the AIR. AIR members are screened
for experience, professionalism and conduct and are bound by a strict set of
ethical guidelines. The AIR serves as the commercial equivalent of the Board of

Monthly Mailings
Because the inventory
of available commercial and industrial properties changes so frequently, Equity
Commercial publishes a monthly summary of our available multi-tenant industrial
inventory and mails (and emails) it directly to brokers, existing and
prospective tenants and owners of commercial and industrial real
estate.

created a very straightforward site making it easy for users to review our
current listings, print their own original color flyers (instead of a blurred
black & white fax), find out more about our firm, get directions to our
office or links to send us an e-mail. There are no search engine fields to fill
out, no searches to run, no e-mail registration required, no membership fees and
no pop-ups.

In
addition to being listed in the AIR Commercial Multiple, the subject property
will be listed in the Loopnet commercial listing service.
Loopnet is a
web-based listing service that many firms use as the search engine for their
company websites. It can be accessed directly by prospective tenants, non-member
firms or through the websites of participating member
firms.
E-Mail
E-mail is becoming an increasingly
popular and important tool in the commercial real estate industry. Printable
document files (.pdf's) of marketing flyers, lease applications or contracts can
be sent to prospects, clients, brokers or owners with the touch of a button. A
mass e-mailing to the brokerage community takes just seconds. Your prior
approval of contracts can be done in minutes instead of the 48-72 hour
turnaround times of couriers or overnight services.
